For a stress-free day out, free event shuttle buses run regularly to and from Duxford Summer Air Show throughout the day from Cambridge train station or Trumpington Park & Ride.
The Battle of Britain is commemorated annually at IWM Duxford with a special air show. In addition, the Imperial War Museum (IWM) at the former RAF base features permanent exhibitions highlighting Duxford's crucial role during the 1940 aerial campaign.
